Exit the Terminal

You’ll get directions about JFK pickup points directly in the app.

For Terminals 1, 4, and 8, head outside from baggage claim and follow signs for “Ride App Pick Up” and “Ground Transportation”.

For Terminal 5, proceed to the AirTrain via the Skywalk on Level 4. Take the AirTrain and exit at Terminal 7. Follow signs for Ride App Pick Up to the Orange Lot. Request your ride once you have reached the Orange Lot Ride App Pick Up area.

For Terminal 7, follow signs for “Parking”, “Air Train” and “Ride App Pick Up”. Go to the Level 2 of the Orange Parking Garage by using the elevators in the Orange Parking Garage or by going to the Terminal 7 Departures level, exiting the terminal, and crossing the road to the Orange Lot.

Confirm your location

Select your terminal and JFK pickup location as specified by the app. Please note: this location may not always be at your nearest exit.

Your driver’s name, license plate, and car color will show in the app. Verify your ride before you get in. If you can’t find your driver, contact them through the app.
