Uber Eats is looking for a leader who can take charge of Enterprise Partner Management across the UK to ensure that we are the most loved delivery platform by our 8,000+ restaurant partners. This role calls for a combination of relationship management, business strategy, and leadership. You should be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, love solving problems, thrive in a startup culture, and above all be passionate about food.

We are moving a mile a minute to make sure that Uber users, partner restaurants, and partner drivers are able to experience the magic of Uber Eats. The Head of Enterprise Partner Management is a critical role that will own the strategy for making Uber Eats the most loved delivery platform by enterprise restaurant partners and will lead and develop a team of 10+ focused towards delivering significant growth for our largest enterprise partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy and Planning: As a team lead, you will be in charge of shaping the Enterprise Partner Management strategy in the UK: deciding which partnerships the team should prioritise and setting ambitious goals to develop those relationships.
  • Own Partnerships: Manage and develop strategic partnerships with the largest enterprise partners; from leading commercial discussions to solving major operational constraints.
  • Build tools and processes: Use your analytical ability combined with operational rigour to build tools and processes that your team can use to drive forward partnership KPIs.
  • Partner with internal teams: Work closely with stakeholders in the Restaurant Operations, Community Operations and Marketing teams particularly to deliver the best service and value to restaurant partners.
  • Lead a t**eam:** Lead a team on the ground that will help you manage strategic partnerships, ensure they receive best-in-class support and build initiatives to engage and retain restaurant partners across the UK. What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in partner success/account management in a large business or a growing startup (8+ years preferred)
  • Data-driven decision making mentality and sound commercial judgment through analytical thinking to assess partner performance and financial viability. Excel modelling skill necessary, SQL knowledge advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating directly with C-level executives of major businesses
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external partners as well as internal stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing a team necessary, ideally in a fast-growth environment
  • Foodie who is passionate about food and bringing and retaining the most loved brands on the platform
