About the Role
Capacity Planning is a key component of the success Uber's Community Operations teams and our EMEA Centers of Excellnce. As a capacity planner you will be responsible for creating long and short term capacity models. Analyzing COE LOB trends in volume, attrition, hiring, workload trends, and upcoming projects. Your scope will cover our four sites in EMEA (Lisbon, Cairo, Krakow, Limerick)

About the Team
The Centers of Excellnce WFM team is a fast paced, highly visible, and growing group that supports the EMEA Region. In this support team are a group of Real Time Analysts that monitor schedule adherence and SLA's. We also create and maintain CSR schedules, as well as hiring and capacity planning.
