How to monitor your Order Accuracy

Order Error Adjustments & Best Practices Overview

As a follow up to the Order Error Adjustments & Best Practices Overview blog post, we want to ensure you know how you can monitor your store’s operational performance. The Operations tab within Uber Eats Manager is dedicated to viewing the operational performance and order inaccuracies of your store(s). To access the Operations tab, please navigate to Performance -> Operations, which will lead you to the screen below.

Operations Tab Overview

*Please note the following numbers correspond to the numbers on the screen above*

  1. If you manage multiple locations, click on ‘Stores’ and then select the stores you wish to view Order Accuracy (OA) data for
  2. Click on the dates and then select the date range you’d like to view OA data for

From there you can see the following OA data for your selected store(s) and timeframe:

  1. Inaccurate Orders Rate and £ amount charged to the store(s)
  2. Number of inaccurate orders over time
  3. % breakdown of inaccurate orders by issue type
  4. Number of total inaccurate orders

Order Issues by Store

If you have multiple stores, the next visual report you’ll see when scrolling down on the Operations tab is ‘Order Issues by Store’, where you can see a list of your stores ranked by those with the most inaccurate orders to the least.

Within the date range selected, you can view the following info for each store:

  • Number of orders with issues
  • Inaccurate Orders Rate
  • Top issue type
  • £ amount charged to the store

Top Inaccurate Items

Continue scrolling down to view ‘Top inaccurate items’ which shows a list of your top missed and/or inaccurate items.

Within the date range selected, you can view the following info for each top inaccurate item:

  • Number of times item was ordered on Uber Eats
  • Rate item was reported inaccurate
  • % change to rate over time
  • Top issue type for that item

Order Issues by Hour

Continue scrolling down to view ‘Order Issues by Hour’ which shows a heat map of which times of day inaccurate orders are most reported as happening on for each day of the week.

  • The darker the red colour, the more inaccurate orders were reported during that time
  • Hover your mouse over each red box to see how many of each type of order inaccuracies were reported during that hour

Additional Resources

In addition to the Operations tab, we include order error adjustment details in various places to make it easy for you and your team to stay up-to-date. The other most critical resources are:

Orders Tab

The orders tab enables you to see all of your orders and filter for orders that have been flagged for potential order accuracy issues.

If you click on ‘Order Issue’, you will be given the following options in a drop down menu where you can get more information about specific types of orders.

Your downloadable Order Error reports

Visit the Reports tab within Uber Eats Manager and download any of the following reports: ‘Order Accuracy’, ‘Top inaccurate items’, ‘Inaccurate orders’.

Your Uber Eats Manager Payments tab

If any adjustments occurred, you’ll see a red indicator box that says Order Error next to the relevant orders. By clicking into the order, you can see the reported error and the breakdown of your adjustment and net payout.

Your weekly Payment Summary email

Includes a section that details order errors, explains what went wrong, and shows a timestamp of the order for your reference.
