Frequently asked questions
- Can the upfront price change?
Traffic conditions and other factors may have an impact on the upfront price. The price of the trip may be adjusted if the trip is significantly longer than expected, in particular if the actual pick-up or drop-off location is different from the one indicated when the ride was ordered, in the event of a change of route or if the trip has taken much longer than originally anticipated. In this case, the fare is calculated according to the time and distance of the new trip and updated once the trip is completed.
