Setting up vouchers is easy

Step 1: Log in or create an account
Sign in or create an Uber for Business account with your work email and follow the instructions to sign up your organization. Make sure to choose Vouchers as part of the onboarding.
Step 2: Add your payment method
Set up or select the method you want to use for payment.

You won’t be charged until recipients redeem their vouchers.
Step 3: Get started with vouchers
Navigate to the vouchers dashboard from the left sidebar.
Step 4: Create a voucher
Vouchers
Choose “Create New” from your voucher dashboard. Set the voucher value and customize parameters, like eligible locations, dates, and times. Learn more about restrictions.

Creating vouchers for event transportation? Choose the “Event Rides” option. There you can add a video or image as well as select from a range of visuals for your vouchers. Fill in key event information, customize messaging, and preview your vouchers.
Step 5: Distribute
Vouchers
You can distribute your vouchers by email through your Uber dashboard or with a shareable link. Vouchers are added to recipients’ personal Uber profile and automatically applied at checkout on eligible rides or Uber Eats orders.
