About the Role

As the Sr, Manager of Strategy and Planning for the Global Investigations Team, you’ll report to the Director of Global Investigations and be responsible for developing and executing a strategic framework to ensure the Global Investigations Program is operating efficiently and effectively.  Because this program impacts a variety of internal stakeholders, you’ll also establish and maintain relationships with the corporate level stakeholders to ensure the various equities are being addressed.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish, monitor and report metrics which determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the program
  • Lead the development of a global investigative strategy, including investigative priorities and protocols
  • Serve as the conduit between the four global investigative teams to share trends and vulnerabilities identified
  • Serve as the conduit between the global investigative teams and corporate based stakeholders to share vulnerabilities identified and drive remediation of those vulnerabilities
  • Drive consistency throughout the four global investigative teams for matters such as training, investigative protocols, investigative strategies and priorities, best practices, etc.
  • Support the financial and resource planning process
  • Monitor the execution of allocated budgets 

What You'll Need

  • 12+ years of experience managing investigative programs, preferably for a federal law enforcement agency
  • Experience developing investigative strategies, priorities, and protocols
  • Experience evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of investigative programs
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and monitor investigative metrics
  • Excellent liaison and collaboration skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with little guidance
  • Ability to work flexible hours under pressure
  • Willingness to travel internationally if required, potentially with short notice
