About the Role


In this role, you will help build the Learning and Development capabilities for the Legal and Compliance organization. First, you'll be responsible for onboarding nUbers and providing them with the right content for their role. You'll use your skills in corporate training and instructional design to adapt US materials to serve the new landscape, and create new rich, immersive content. You will take a metrics-driven approach to learning, continually improving both the onboarding of new employees and their ongoing skills development. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your creativity can shine.

What You’ll Do
Develop and deliver creative programs for all employees to meet the current and future needs of the organization

  • Build innovative content that's both practical and diverse — including everything from live training sessions to on-demand resources
  • Oversee logistics for global-content delivery
  • Work with internal Legal and Compliance stakeholders to ensure operational excellence at varying levels
  • Able to handle multiple projects with various global stakeholders at the same time.
  • Able to manage programs to budget. 
  • Able to prioritize workloads to meet competing deadlines.
  • Able to make appropriate decisions regarding relative cost and benefit of potential actions.

What You’ll Need

  • A BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years experience in program management
  • 2+ years experience in talent development, organizational development, professional development, adult learning, learning program design, or other related field 
  • Advanced technical skills and expertise with Absorb, Excel, the Google Suite, Tableau, SCORM, Articulate, TinCan



  • Are certified in psychometric assessments (specifically DiSC or SDI) or development programs (e.g. Situational Leadership)
  • Can showcase learning-related speaking or learning facilitation skills via video or a portfolio
  • Have coaching training or experience coaching adult professionals e.g. managers, executives, teams
  • Have a degree in adult learning, organizational development, organizational behavior, industrial-organizational psychology, or human resources
