To drive with Uber in the City of Toronto, City of Mississauga, Town of Oakville, and Brampton, your vehicle must be 7 years or newer . To drive with Uber in the City of Toronto (purple area on map), you must have a Private Transportation Company (PTC) licence.
Greater Toronto Area
If you have not received your PTC licence or if you have a vehicle model year between 8 to 10 years old , you cannot pick up riders in the City of Toronto, City of Mississauga, Town of Oakville, and Brampton—but you can still pick up riders within the GTA. You also may qualify to deliver with UberEATS.

- Liberty Village: King St. West at Dufferin St.
- Yorkville: Bloor St. West at Yonge St.
- Financial District: Adelaide St at Bay St.
- Queen St. West: Queen St West. at Spadina Ave.
Monday to Friday, drive during commuting hours to help our city start and end their day.
- Morning commute: 5am to 10am
- Evening commute: 4pm to 8pm
Drive downtown on Friday and Saturday nights. Requests may be higher at night than during the week.
