About the Role
This is a rare opportunity for an intellectually curious, innovation-driven marketing expert to work in one of Uber’s most critical divisions. What You’ll Do
Own global consumer insights - Deeply understand and utilize market research, trends and industry expertise; identify and prioritize needs of specific audience segments for insurance business goals.
Lead product- and area-level marketing strategy - Create compelling marketing strategies that marry consumer needs with expert insurance insights in the 80+ countries where we operate around the globe.
Drive marketing development - Oversee the creation of materials, guide the development of creative and build the content that our consumers need and want.
Oversee a consistent look and feel - Serve as the global consultant and partner on insurance marketing, guiding necessary consistency with global marketing materials and campaigns.
Communicate innovation - Evolve the insurance voice over time to paceset with new products and consumer pain points.
Evangelize new initiatives - Work with cross-functional stakeholders to champion new initiatives that enable marketing success.
Own launches with go-to-market prowess - Build, optimize, and scale global marketing strategies for program, process and product launches. Work closely with leaders on regional marketing teams to ensure seamless and impactful executions that meet joint goals.

What You’ll Need
At least 10+ years of experience in consumer product brand marketing, ideally with deep experience and impressive expertise in the auto insurance industry.
Excellent leadership skills and a desire to work hard and lead from the front.
Excellent management skills with a keen attention to detail.
A passion for working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
