About the Role
As a leading member of the APAC CRM team you will be at the heart of the Uber Enterprise business, supporting Uber for Business (U4B) CRM and our Uber Eats Restaurant CRM; with close proximity to local markets, the sales team, leadership and highly specialized central teams. Your goal is to build and lead a team of specialized CRM B2B marketers, increase operational efficiency, automate communications with our restaurant partners and support our sales team with lead onboarding, nurturing, conversion, retention and value growth.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Own audience insights for engagement programs - Synthesize consumer insights and industry perspectives on key aspects of enterprise customer needs; identify and prioritize restaurant business needs of specific audience segments for lifecycle campaigns.
Craft program-level marketing strategy - Create compelling and creative marketing strategies that stretch across the full life-cycle of the brand experience and marry consumer needs with expert engagement insights.
Drive marketing development - Oversee the creation of program materials, guiding the development of creative and engaging content that our consumers need and want.
Evangelize new ideas - Work with Operations, and the sales team to champion loyalty and engagement initiatives and partnerships. Lead effective conversations with cross-functional alignment to build support.
Own the communication aspect of our lead nurturing initiatives - Build, optimize, and scale loyalty marketing strategies. Work closely with peers on CRM, creative and sales teams to ensure seamless and impactful executions that meet joint goals.
Make a difference - Passion for creating empathetic, inspiring and innovative marketing for both small and large restaurants.
Lead our effort to integrate our marketing tools with Uber’s B2B platforms.
To be successful, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of B2B CRM marketing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a history of effectively leading teams of experienced marketers, serving multiple regions.
An expert level understanding of what drives enterprise conversion through CRM channels.
The ability to create a long term CRM vision on how to engage with a user base to drive loyalty.
Thorough familiarity and passion for data-driven lifecycle marketing, customer marketing and retention, and testing frameworks at scale.
Excellent technical understanding of marketing and analytics technologies associated with the role. Salesfore.com and Marketo experience is a huge plus.
A strong marketing strategy / branding background with the ability to incorporate high level marketing strategies into each and every marketing touchpoint.
Excellent team and stakeholder management skills.
A self-starting attitude-you're ready to seize opportunities to make an impact.
