About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing and producing compelling content that captivates users through every stage of the customer journey for CRM, Social Media, Web and beyond. You'll join on the ground floor as we build this critically important function within the marketing team. We'll look to you to help write and build performance driven content that provides meaningful consumer value.
What You'll Do
Storytelling, brand, and content. Create compelling stories for our audience, and help drive more users into the funnel.
Partner with creative strategists, visual designers and marketing manager to plan and write digital content for JUMP riders in the U.S., and facilitate localization with international teams abroad.
Craft compelling copy that lives on JUMP’s owned and paid channels.
Manage content calendars across the editorial cycle, including copywriting, measurement, and reporting.
Write on-brand copy, switching between style and format to suit an array of online platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external third-parties to plan and manage worldwide content initiatives.
What You'll Need
3+ years of social, content or editorial writing experience.
Strong writing skills especially in the context of consumer marketing. You'll be instrumental in bringing our tone of voice to life and evolving it over time.
Attention to detail. You’ll need it to effectively project-manage and multitask at scale, as you work with cross functional groups and external third parties.
A good eye for design - You know what goes into a great photo and great composition.
Proficiency with community management
Basic understanding of performance marketing
Empathy and a keen understanding of consumer psychology.
Great interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple teams in multiple cities in a fast-paced environment
