About the Role
Uber Freight is hiring a Head of Marketing Analytics to help lead the growing marketing team to drive multi-channel customer acquisition, lifecycle management, and branding measurement. In this role they will oversee marketing intelligence, analytics and modeling in a high-growth environment.
To accomplish these goals, we're looking for a marketing analytics rock star to help the team understand the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building out marketing analytics teams and building models to measure brand, acquisition, and re-engagement efforts. Additionally, this candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
What You’ll Do
Passion for Uber Freight’s mission and the company’s hybrid technology / operations nature.
Oversee all aspects of marketing measurement including: Brand awareness and favorability, Acquisition efficiency, Existing User retargeting effectiveness, and Churn analysis and mitigation
Develop and report on a media mix model to measure Uber Freight’s marketing effectiveness
Build world-class decision-making tools and reports that will surface optimization recommendations for marketing investments
Coordinate with other members of the Uber Team to design marketing experiments and measure their impact
Create the framework for brand measurement and execute on regular reporting
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics to monitor and adjust key marketing programs in order to maximize growth
Drive vision and execution as an important member of the Marketing leadership team
Clearly communicate marketing analytics strategy & business need with partner teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors

What You’ll Need
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics in a leading agency or tech/e-commerce businesses
Strong understanding of attribution modelling, ideally in app & web businesses
Experience managing multiple analytics projects that drove large marketing budgets allocations across offline & digital media
