About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for an experienced, adaptable, independent and data-driven Senior Program Manager to join its LatAm Small & Medium Business (SMB) Team to drive the Marketing and Restaurant Acquisition efforts. Uber Eats is intensely focused on expanding its Restaurant Selection and this role will be central to that effort. The SMB team is working to launch, test and optimize Restaurant Acquisition channels that work for our long tail of SMB Partners. The B2B Marketing Senior Program Manager will work cross functionally with Marketing Functions (Product, Brand, SEO, Performance Marketing, Field Marketing, CRM, Communications) and will pull together all resources to deliver on our aspirational SMB acquisition goals. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and pivotal Restaurant Organization in LatAm.
What You’ll Do
Establish clear frameworks and reports to manage the weekly acquisition efforts of the SMB Restaurant Acquisition Program
Set clear objectives, measures and targets for the Program. Closely monitor progress, productivity, accountability and results
Identify, follow-up-on and coordinate the resolution of issues related to the Program. Also, promote the principle of constant improvement and optimization
Serve as a strategic thought partner to Marketing leaders in LatAm. Identify opportunities for the region and incorporate them to the short-term and long-term roadmaps. Evaluate trade offs of decisions and build comprehensive business cases
Collaborate and closely partner with Regional and Global Marketing Functions (Product, Brand, SEO, Performance Marketing, Field Marketing, CRM, Communications) to ensure successful execution of initiatives
Bring customer, market, product and client-facing rep feedback back into the organization to understand the customer journey and inform opportunities to improve value propositions, customer segmentations, acquisition strategies, etc
Document, playbook and share successes and best practices with the global counterparts
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technological, high-growth, cross-functional Organizations is desired, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet other requirements
Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in marketplace domain
Experience in developing and managing Programs (Products or Projects) with a high proficiency in process design and optimization, project management, cross-functional buy-in, piloting and evaluation, and rollout/adoption
Experience in marketing functions the most important being performance marketing and CRM. Geek out in understanding online marketing inner-workings and best practices
Self starter, leans in, fills resource voids, has a bias towards action and embraces rolling up your sleeves
Skilled at project and process management to balance between urgent and important requests; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical and data-driven. Can easily digest large amounts of data and draw insights
Empathetic and collaborative. Puts people above anything else and is passionate about building relationships. Has the ability to get work done through others
Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency, preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
About the Team
This role will be reporting directly to the Head of SMB for LatAm, and will be working with the Regional and Global Uber Eats Marketing teams.
