About the Role


As a Product Marketing Manager on the Uber Eats Courier team, you will work side-by-side with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Design and Marketing teams to develop groundbreaking product & marketing experiences that deepen our relationship with couriers, globally.


You will envision and execute go-to-market strategies for key product features within the Uber Driver app used by Couriers to facilitate their on-trip delivery experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify user needs by deeply understanding how our product works and how it’s perceived among Couriers globally to create data-driven, actionable insights for Product teams
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering and Product Operations to create simple, effective and delightful experiences for delivery partners
  • Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
  • Being customer obsessed, take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions for the courier experience in or outside the Driver app
  • Drive research plans to derive customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
  • Work closely with CRM and operations to provide them with the creative content, user insights and data analytics they need to succeed
  • Inspire Uber Eats cross-functional partners and marketing peers with a compelling vision to partner on integrated marketing campaigns
  • Scale product marketing efforts globally by operationalizing resources such as playbooks for regional partners
  • Shape the Uber Eats brand to make delivering with Uber Eats one of the most coveted ways to earn money
  • Be the advocate for couriers in all your interactions

What You’ll Need

  • Passion for Uber's mission and the company's hybrid technology / operations nature
  • Minimum of 4+ years combined product and growth marketing experience delivering highly successful engagement strategies
  • Top-notch at market research: You're a truth-seeking missile. You know your market, customers and competition better than anyone, and you're strong at integrating this information into the product development process
  • Master storyteller: You can craft a compelling narrative across different channels - you know how to match the message to the medium
  • Finger-tippinesses with data: You just go get the data you need with no muss/fuss and can whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions
  • Awesome at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy plan. You can also play copywriter when needed
  • An "owner" personality: You're biased toward action, a great collaborator and master disambiguator/simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery
