About the Role

 

We are seeking a Country Marketing Manager to help grow our brand through field marketing, partnerships, CRM campaigns and promotions in the UK. This role is responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities to increase ridership, nurture community relations, gain local PR, and owning the localization of the communication with our riders.

 

What You’ll Do
  • Design and implement outreach strategies in our UK market and collaborate with other Regional Marketing Managers and Central teams on high priority projects.
  • Own the localization of our brand assets and rider communication and coordinate with regional marketing stakeholders.
  • Track key analytics and provide actionable information and insights to influence marketing strategy moving forward.
  • Coordinate product and city launches as we grow our presence in the UK.
  • Plan and execute exceptional experiences at community events or JUMP events, including festivals, expos, large and small meetings, presentations, and rides.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, partners, JUMP riders, and the general public.
  • Work with the JUMP marketing team to collect JUMP rider testimonials to support the voice of JUMP.

 

What You'll Need

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience as a generalist and/or focused on operational marketing (grassroots, viral marketing)
  • Some experience with CRM tools and content localization are helpful
  • Ability to interpret marketing research and translate the insights into actionable plans and campaigns.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for JUMP bikes and our work to make biking affordable, convenient, and fun for residents.
  • An extremely detail oriented mindset and fondness for process discipline while multi-tasking several projects.
  • You don’t need to be a data scientist but you have to have a penchant for quantifying effort
  • Ability to work as part of a team remotely while maintaining communication with team. Must be able to work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
  • Deep understanding of the market, culture and consumers to make marketing locally relevant
