About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving core FP&A functions for the ridesharing line of business.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end to end fiscal year financial planning process. This involves partnering with multiple stakeholders (data science, engineering, product, marketing, ops) to ensure that the financial planning process runs smoothly.
Lead consolidated reporting, variance analyses, for short (e.g. 6 month) & long-term (e.g. 36 month) planning processes
Prepare insightful reporting materials for leadership at the global level to influence business decisions on managing growth/profitability
Create and maintain centralized financial models that help project the company’s growth
Partner with fintech to help build, automate, and improve the company’s financial planning tools
Interact with regional finance leaders on a regular basis, pushing forward ad-hoc analysis that adds strategic value within a region
Central finance POC on the customer lifetime value project (LTV), partnering with DS and product to ensure that LTV is being utilized effectively throughout the organization
What You’ll Need
A minimum of 7 years of finance, business operations, and/or strategy consulting experience
Experience in data visualization and building scalable reporting tools
Structured thinking, with experience framing and solving problems
Experience building relationships across all levels of an organization and presenting to anyone from executive leadership to project teams
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
