Develop ways to describe, measure, and communicate financial performance to regional and global Finance leadership - figure out how to distill operational complexity into easy to understand metrics.

Work closely with the Senior Finance Management to provide financial insights and assess the company’s overall progress towards its strategic objectives.
Help manage and drive all budget and forecasting efforts. Crack the whip with your other finance colleagues to get their figures done quickly and well.

Process improvement: help us scale / transition from startup to enterprise. Part of this is maturing our planning processes, part is ensuring finance best practices spread through the organization
Special projects / ad hoc analyses: new initiatives, products, risks and opportunities are constantly arising. You will help to financially evaluate and help drive these important initiatives beyond traditional FP&A on a variety of projects
