About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of Uber's growing CRM team. With this role, you'll have the opportunity to join a team with an ability to make a big impact.
You'll be on the frontlines introducing Uber to the Enterprise, responsible for developing email marketing automations and campaigns, increasing customer engagement, optimizing communications and supporting broader business objectives.
What you'll do
Act as a key partner to the business as the voice of the customer and CRM best practices expert
Knowledge and experience of building lifecycle models for acquisition, engagement and retention
Leverage marketing automation tools to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies
Create attribution models to measure marketing impact
Manage top of funnel operations and reporting to business stakeholders
Support database management across sales and marketing systems
Develop campaigns for Latin America to drive traffic to enterprise channel and continually test and optimize programs
Manage creation and execution of email marketing campaigns that deliver against business goals and ROI targets through a highly segmented customer base
Drive and optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including CTR, open rates, incremental revenue lift, engagement and retention
Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity with fast-growing, high-volume lists
Run reports and prepare analyses for campaign proposals
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations and GDPR
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Latin America and all levels of the organization
Analyze data from marketing and sales funnel (lead to closed) to identify opportunities for increased velocity and optimization
Manage reporting on marketing funnel for sales on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to track progress against goals in each region
What you'll need
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
At least 5 years B2B marketing experience with a minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in online marketing and email marketing automation from concept to completion
Proven expertise leveraging Email Service Providers to create multi-step lifecycle automations, nurture campaigns, lead flows, and complex customer journeys
Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing, KPI tracking and ROI analysis
Strategic CRM focus and can suggest creative solutions in-line with business objectives
Experience with regularly cadenced business reporting to stakeholders
Self-starter with ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding and working knowledge of SQL
Basic understanding and working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
