About The Role:
The CRM Campaigns Manager will design, build, execute, measure and recommend local CRM tactics focused on new user acquisition. You should love data; you think an effort that isn’t measured is wasted. Above all, you bring creative and strategic thinking, a flair for numbers, and an intuitive ability to match effort at a regional level.
What You'll Do:
Insight led Strategy: Build our CRM strategy around the customer, drawing inspiration and data from varied sources and integrating them creatively.
Formulate test and design a mix of channels, marketing campaigns, and processes that aim to bring consistency and efficiency to CRM efforts.
Set concrete KPIs to improve acquisition and conversion by CRM operations.
Rigorously track, monitor and report on past and current campaign performance to iterate on your campaigns to increase engagement and brand love.
Opportunity Identification: Quantify everything you do by leveraging data, conducting analysis and experimentation to identify highest value opportunities for communication channels to users, restaurant partners, and driver partners that will generate the insights of tomorrow.
Develop, lead and execute large-scale ad-hoc and automated communications for Uber Eats in a highly fast-paced environment.
Set and advocate for channel, content and communication strategy priorities with local and functional teams such as analytics, design, product, comms, legal and BD.
Implement and share best practices to drive local efficiency
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or Administration and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields.
2-3 years of executional operations experience in e-commerce or similar.
Strong project management and communication skills that enable you to work with cross-functional stakeholders in different time zones, countries and regions.
Experience making data-driven strategic marketing decisions using funnel tracking, A/B testing, and other analytical tools.
Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset
Strong written communication skills and ability to craft a brand voice
Growth hacking - knowing how to meticulously unpack the key levers for growing a business through keen analysis and scientific experimentation.
Understanding mobile app marketing tech stack and space.
HTML and SQL knowledge is a plus.

The CRM Campaign Manager will work within the Field Marketing Team, helping through data and their creativity to create local campaigns for the acquisition and engagement of new users.
