About the Role
Executive Assistant Business Partners (EBPs) are at the center of communications, strategizing, scheduling, planning, and execution for their leader. EBPs are expected to maintain and manage dissemination of highly confidential communications, and are delegated significant authority to act autonomously and independently with regards to their core duties, leadership of other Admin and Executive Business Partners, and unique projects.
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic, complex calendar gatekeeping based on an innate understanding of key priorities and objectives of ELT
Structure calendar cadence to support long-term business objectives
Strategize and implement processes to optimize executive’s time
Attend leader’s meetings, assists or owns agenda, and partners with leader to ensure follow-through on action items
Plan and manage complex travel schedules
Collaborate with other EAs and other internal/external stakeholders to manage meetings with multiple stakeholders and/or ELT presence
Full lifecycle project management -- for global Business Partner and ELT-level and business unit initiatives -- including setting and enforcing project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and holding team accountable to AI's and deliverables
Supervise and/or act as a leader of administrative or executive office personnel, which includes, among other responsibilities, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training, coaching, on-going skills training, and performance management for other administrative or executive office personnel
What You’ll Need
Minimum 8+ years experience senior leader support experience with some C-level support experience
Minimum 6 years experience supporting senior leaders in a global business
Experience in complex calendar management in a matrixed, global organization
Proven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage executive calendar
Ability to manage executives’ workflow and implement processes and systems to help optimize for efficiency
Experience leading a team of other administrative supportive staff or in people management
Strong attention to detail
Google calendar and G Suite experience a plus
BA / BS degree preferred
