About the Role
Our EMEA Recruiting team is looking for an experienced analytics analyst to join our team. You will help drive our hiring excellence through the lens of talent data by empowering Recruiting leaders to integrate data into daily decisions as well as strategic planning. In this role, you will be playing an analytically consultative role in enabling our EMEA Director Recruiting and EMEA Recruiting Leadership Team in creating and executing against data-driven hiring strategies and excellence.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, storytelling skills and will thrive managing concurrent projects while working with cross functional stakeholders to drive outcomes. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, figuring out the best way to achieve results and enjoys operating in ambiguity and uses creativity to combat challenges.
What You’ll Do
Become a deep subject matter expert of our global recruiting business and be able to leverage your analytical toolkit in the formation of creative solutions for key business opportunities
Form strong partnerships with EMEA Recruiting Leadership and EMEA People Analytics Manager to develop deep context about the organization and provide insights in how to improve and innovate in hiring
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and help inform, influence, support, and execute our talent decisions
Act as an internal consultant to EMEA Recruiting Leadership by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the people analytics team
Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders while balancing impact on business needs
Deliver analytical, survey or research results to technical and non-technical audiences
Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Workday, Visier, Salesforce and Excel to drive analytics and enable client self-service on routine queries
What You’ll Need
Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or other business operations focus
5+ years analytics experience in management consulting, operations, finance or other analytical related experience. Recruiting or People Analytics in a high-growth or tech environment a plus
Strong quantitative analysis expertise in one or more analytical tools. Fluency with spreadsheets is a minimum; SQL, Python, R a plus
Data-driven and highly analytical - you’re able to translate data and insights into a meaningful story to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at an executive level
Self-starter attitude - you boldly pursue your work and love the responsibility of being personally empowered
Curiosity - you're innovative, creative, and constantly looking for opportunities to tweak and optimize
