About the Role
Global Workplace and Real Estate at Uber strives to create cost-effective and timely execution of initiatives while partnering with the business in order to enhance the employee experience and foster thoughtful and engaging workspaces.
What You’ll Do
As a LATAM Facilities Manager you will play a lead role in the development and delivery of excellent facility management services across a vast and varied portfolio of real estate across LATAM. You will work with outsourced vendors and a central and remote team of employees to manage efficient facilities solutions that enhance Uber’s productivity and the ability to achieve business goals.
Manage and inspire your team every day.
Search for best practices, manage change, promote continuous improvement and provide the rules & tools necessary for your team necessary to do their best work.
Develop, implement and evaluate policies, procedures and practices that support the performance of the entire facility organization.
Develop, manage and oversee various relationships (suppliers, community, business partners, etc.).
Ensure compliance (safety, finance, etc.).
Operations & Maintenance
Oversee all facility operations (soft services) and maintenance activities (hard services) for the region. This includes service design, scoping services, contracting, developing templates, deliver finances (budget & lifecycle costs) and reporting.
