We are looking for a strong leader to work across the People organization helping to drive strategic talent initiatives, and think innovatively to drive programs that will ultimately improve the company and the employee experience.
As a people manager, you will lead a global team of strategists who help the HR Leader in each region or function prioritize their people initiatives, give input into the design of central people projects, and help execute in the region. You are motivated to lead through challenges, get creative when faced with ambiguity, and can move quickly as a builder and do'er in a fast and growing environment.
