Enterprise Account Executive, Uber For Business
Alison has spent the last two years developing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at Uber that involve working parents and parents to be. Before joining Uber, Alison spent six years at Yelp working in sales leadership and was involved in creating employee resource groups. Her proudest moments so far have been executing a number of projects that have improved the lives for mothers at Uber.
Take Your Kid to Work Day
This is our largest event of the year and celebrating it has been our biggest accomplishment thus far. It’s a special day at Uber because it gives all employees a glimpse into how our parents juggle both work and home life. Not only kids attend, last year we had grandpa and grandpas, aunties plus uncles and even some family dogs join the fun!
