About the Role


The Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your leverage your business development skills to contribute towards the launch and scaling. This is a fast-paced, growing role that will work with the Eats teams to drive significant growth & evolution for the business while managing the relationships with top Managers in the industry.


Your primary focus will be to lead the conversation with top Restaurants to focus on input goals that will ultimately grow the business while fostering continuous improvement & operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop our partners. You'll be responsible for driving the partnership relationship to make the new verticals business successful by focusing on building trust and creating joint business plans with our partners. You’ll ensure the success of our partners
  • Make strategic decisions. Understand the drivers of growth and expansion based on the combination of field knowledge and data/metrics analysis. Achieve a deep understanding & knowledge of our partners
  • Hands-on continuous improvement. Design scalable processes by being in touch with the market and through a close relationship with our Accounts. Collaborate closely with sales operations and city operations to identify & develop improvement of systems, processes, and programs for long-term growth across the country. Think out of the box to propose new initiatives in a project

What You’ll Need

  • You may be required to travel to different cities within the country depending on business needs (until 25% of your time)
  • You may be required to travel to different cities within the country depending on business needs (until 25% of your time)
  • 3 years of relevant experience working with Enterprise / Key Accounts, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
  • Deep understanding of what a long term business relationship is and how to build it
  • Financial understanding of commercial business models and it’s value to partners
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through complex project plans
  • Motivation to work with external partners and growing business together
  • Extraordinary listening, communication and organizational skill

About the Team


As an Account Manager for Mid Market you'll be reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager for Sentral.
