About The Role
Come help build a new platform vertical at Uber. We are a small team of engineers, designers, data scientists and operators, and are growing rapidly. As a key member of this new project’s leadership team, you will help shape the strategic direction of the team and own the complete product roadmap.
What You'll Do
Work with the Head of the project to define the product vision/strategy and roadmap and align stakeholders accordingly
Collaborate with operations, sales, user research, marketing, design, data science to figure out which products and features to build and deliver magical user experiences that solve true user needs
Define and communicate product plans from conception to launch
Partner closely with high-caliber engineering, operations, and sales teams
Proactively fill communication gaps amongst all team members
Partner with business general managers to prioritize both short and long term initiatives to deliver business impact reliably and consistently
Personally and regularly engage with supply and demand partners to deeply understand their needs
What You'll Need
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in product management
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in either computer science/engineering, a quantitative domain like math/stats/physics, or economics)
Track record of successfully building 0 to 1 products
Experience building products for Enterprise
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Technical expertise and the ability to question, understand and challenge software implementation decisions and priorities
Passionate curiosity to learn and adapt to dynamic research, development and industry knowledge
