About the Role
We are currently looking for Account Representatives to join the Uber for Business team in Chicago. The Account Representatives role is a great opportunity to demonstrate your sales experience to expand the number of Businesses for Uber for Business. Your primary focus will be bringing on new Businesses that fit our partnership criteria, and use your prospecting and negotiation skills through cold-calling and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success. The Account Representative positions are inside sales roles.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and build pipeline to create partnerships with Businesses that are interested in Uber for Business
Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationships with our partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
Communicate the value of Uber for Business and its newest products to prospects with a consultative approach
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Partner cross-functionally with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding
Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others

Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to building your brand
Bonus Points if
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with sales experience
