About the Role
Our Account Executives, App Sales representatives, are tasked with finding creative solutions to source new supply, ensure timely funnel conversion times, as well as ensuring these carriers are educated with our product and can develop the supply further. This is a high impact role as the App Sales team is responsible for acquisition for all carriers across the org.
What You’ll Do
Work consistently to educate and activate new supply onto the platform
Use creative, strategic, and analytical thinking to come up with new ways to source new supply
Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution
Partner with other departments such as marketing, carrier operations, sales
Managing existing carrier base with the best service
Work with carrier partners to continually seek new solutions for their logistics challenges
Actively manage the quality of our transportation partner base
Manage any issues that come up in the normal operation of freight
What You’ll Need
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure
Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of transportation partners and internal partners
Analytical and critical thinking ability
Strong communication and organization skills
Logistics background is not required, but operational experience is preferred
The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
