About the Role


As an Early Lifecycle Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue -generating growth and retention initiatives.

Your product expertise will make you uniquely qualified to share best practices and recommendations with our Restaurant partners, and your customer expertise will make you uniquely qualified to advocate and influence our internal strategy.

The Onboarding process is the first formal experience from our partners with Uber Eats and the experience should be smooth and promote partner engagement and excitement

What You’ll Do


  • Work with Sales and Account Management teams to develop success plans and ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Partner Management
  • Deploy innovative approaches to reduce the amount of time needed to onboard our partners
  • Continuously implement strategies to increase the operational efficiency while increasing our CSAT /NPS from our partners.
  • Ensure the onboarding process adapts to the segments / geography needs of our partners
  • Ensure the onboarding process have the capacity and capability to enable the  expansion/upsell/retention revenue targets
  • Help the company to develop strong relationships with key clients, providing: support during initial product implementation and employee onboarding, recommendations and advice around best practices, guidance during new product/feature launches, and help resolving any product issues or concerns
  • Return important customer data and insights to the Product team, with the goal of influencing internal strategy and securing the success of the Uber Eats customer base
  • Work with the Partners Success (Account Management) Head to develop and iterate on a prioritization model, operational infrastructure, and internal tools and processes
  • Build a Partner Management playbook that will be used to scale and train our growing team, which considers the adaptations based on each segment needs
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person meetings


What You'll Need


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience B2B partner management experience but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
  • Proven track record of partner management and consistently exceeding KPIs, revenue targets, and company goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
  • Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the Partner Management organization
  • Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
