About the Role


Uber Eats is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Restaurant Enterprise team. As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will work efficiently and effectively with our enterprise partners to optimize restaurant operations and relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outcomes. Work with our largest enterprise partners to execute against their highest priority initiatives
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for everyday questions and ensure partners at all levels have a positive experience, from the store manager to the C-suite executive
  • Communicate performance externally. Provide actionable insights and track initiatives to ensure we’re driving toward the best possible outcome
  • Partner with city and central operations to execute on enterprise partners’ store launches
  • Manage escalations from enterprise partners. This will involve wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise
  • Get your hands dirty - help form the way we interact with enterprise partners from the ground up
  • Be proactive. This role will require the ability to think on your feet and hustle through fire drill situations


What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with a minimum of 1-2 years of partner management experience at a high-growth tech company
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs
  • Willingness to hustle, roll up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment
  • Salesforce and SQL experience a plus


About the Team


The Enterprise team is responsible for growing the Uber Eats business by building out enterprise partnerships, establishing strategy, and working with stakeholders to drive growth. Members of the team have the ability to think strategically and analytically about business and product opportunities and a demonstrated track record of initiating and driving high-value partnerships with the largest and most important companies across the globe.
