About the role
The Account Manager role is a unique opportunity to help grow one of Uber's newest services: Uber Eats, which is in the process of expanding in a big way.
We're looking for someone who can own relationship management with our key restaurant partners. The role involves ownership of operations related to our restaurant partners, from onboarding and training all the way through to analysis and optimization of delivery operations. Your mission is to make our key restaurant partners happy with our service and help them grow their businesses.
It demands a unique combination of rapport building skills, analytical drive, project management and passion for customer service. This is an fast-paced, growing role, and this person will work with the Uber Eats operations teams along with other teams to drive significant evolution in the Uber Eats business.
What you'll do
You’ll be responsible for the full relationship with a number of key Uber Eats restaurant partners. Your role will typically involve the following:
Customer service: help your key accounts solve day to day problems they may have while using Uber Eats, such as changes in menus, control of payments, etc…
Reporting: generate reports for our restaurant partners in order to understand where there are opportunities for improvement
Data analysis and problem solving: dig deeper into the data, to find new actions our partners can implement to impact positively both their business and the experience customers have on Eats
Progress reviews: run periodic meetings in order to analyze data and reports with our partners, and suggest improvements or actions to help them grow their business
Relationship building: you will be the “go-to” person for our partners doubts and for advice. You will become a restaurant advisor
What you'll need
3 to 6 years of analytical, operational, and / or consulting experience is expected, but we will consider candidates with less experience if they meet our other requirements
Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and adopt a generalist mindset
Experience creating and optimizing processes
Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through thorough analytical thinking
A customer service orientation; experience developing deep partnerships is a plus
Roll up your sleeves and get into the details approach
Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
Creativity; in order to find innovative solutions for our customers to strengthen our alliance and find new levers of growth
About the Team
As an Account Manager you will be working closely with the Sales Team in the South Cone.
