About the Role

The Uber for Business, Guest Products Team is looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our growing team! As anAccount Coordinatoryou will work efficiently and effectively with our high growth Account Executives to on-board strategic partners onto our platform at scale. This role requires collaborations with various cross functional teams to ensure we provide a best in class on-boarding experience to our customers. The impact you can make is endless in a hyper growth environment drive results across operational excellence, customer service, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Ownership: develop, innovate & own the on-boarding process for our most strategic partners
  • Hustle: we are growing fast and will need our team to help out wherever needed, we win as a team!
  • Customer Obsession: work with newly acquired partners to ensure a best in class on-boarding experience  
  • Collaboration: work with cross-functional teams to execute efficient on-boardings.
  • Troubleshooting: help overcome any technical, approval or process challenges during on-boarding
  • Driven: meet or exceed launch and revenue targets 
  • Time Management: you’re organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. 
  • Strategy: have an eye to the big picture and flourish by creating new ways to add to existing partnerships
  • Drive initiatives: you will support key initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our various clients. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a minimum of 1 year in a client facing role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • An intuition for people. You're spending the majority of the time working with various internal and external teams, building and really cultivating new relationships with potential and existing partners and within all parts of an organization
  • Problem Solving. Able to help clients solve their problems, implement and train large scale roll-outs
  • Hustle. You are making tight deadlines to solve for near term deliverables as well as playbooking and building long term processes
  • Ability to have a 'sixth sense' when it comes to partnerships and that leads you to effortlessly navigating multiple partner engagements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution—we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces. You pick up things fast and run with them
  • Tech-savviness. Salesforce experience a plus.
