About the Role

 

As a finance business partner within ATG, you will be the co-pilot of the business leads for critical functions including manufacturing, procurement, IT, infrastructure etc; you will be the partner of those teams to provide real time support and analysis, with your strong finance & accounting knowledge and analytical skills to assist decision makings that will help ATG to meet our long term commitment. You need to be a trusted finance advisor with the ability to communicate and explain financial numbers and concepts to non-finance people, and have the skill to influence decision makings with solid data / reports.

In addition to driving and supporting regular financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis efforts, you’ll have the opportunity to turn these insights into initiatives, running with them and driving up efficiencies. So if you're ready to roll up the sleeves and get your hands dirty to change the world, get in touch!

What You’ll Do

 

  • Business partnering and bringing financial transparency to ATG functional teams via budget vs. actuals (BvAs) reporting and analysis
  • Ensure that corporate finance and accounting initiatives and requirements are communicated to the business and provide appropriate support in complying  critical financial control & audit requirements for IPO readiness
  • Improving finance accuracy, procurement process, ERP systems flows for commercialization readiness
  • Partnering with ATG functional teams to build business cases to evaluate capital investment scenarios to assist decision makings
  • Working with accounting to improve month end closing process and providing financial reporting and analysis in a timely manner to ensure financial integrity
  • Analyzing manufacturing variances to reduce waste and working with team to achieve Lean MFG
  • Working with SDOP team to streamline inventory control process and taking actions with engineering team to assess/reduce inventory for excess and obsolescence

 

What You’ll Need

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting; preferably MBA and/or CMA or CPA certification
  • 8+ years of direct experience in finance and accounting, preferably with leadership experience within a large, professionally managed global company
  •  
  • Corporate finance /operational Finance BP experience at a high-growth company, with success track record of operating at Business Unit Finance Manager or Plant Controller or Similar
  • Elite Excel skills - Best practices are second-nature, your models are efficient, scalable, and intuitive
  • Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills - be able to challenge and align with the key stakeholders
  • Self-starter - You will take initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals
  • Systems - working knowledge of enterprise-level ERP systems (Oracle)
  • Compliances - internal audit experience, with exposure to Sox/ICS
  • You possess a strong analytical skill of business modeling and scenario analysis
  • Be able to deep dive into the details while not losing the big picture

 

Bonus Points If

  • Manufacturing background is prefered, with in-depth knowledge of GAAP
