Trips from the Airport, How does it work?
The virtual queue comes to make the reception of travel requests at the airport more fair. The first to enter the airport area are the first to receive trips. This means that when you enter the area the system will include you in the queue and you will have to wait for your turn. The wait time to receive a ride will depend on how many cars have arrived before you.
Important:
You will lose your place if:
- You leave the airport area
- You cancel a trip
- You do not accept a trip request
- You disconnect from the app or lose the signal
If a passenger cancels the trip you will NOT lose your place in line.
