About the Role

The Uber Transit team is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our account management team for Uber Transit. You will work efficiently and effectively with our transit agency partners to maximize trips taken using Uber’s products and ensure high customer satisfaction.


You'll work closely with external transit agency contacts and internally with product, policy, sales, marketing, and operations teams to onboard, implement, manage, and optimize transit relationships. They will also provide maximum value for both Uber and our partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the transit agency’s go-to person and navigate internal processes to provide the best outcome for the client and our market
  • Work with transit agencies to ensure implementation success and iterative improvement of our partnerships
  • Perform analysis to ensure we’re driving toward the best possible outcome
  • Remain organized, meet deadlines, and ensure nothing gets missed
  • Create new ways to add to existing partnerships
  • Drive and support key initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our various partners
  • Work with stakeholders from various teams such as product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, etc.
  • Support product, business development, and market entry teams with day-to-day interactions of top tier partners
  • Own relationships with external our business partners and ensure they have access to our internal teams to achieve program success and drive product improvement
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management consulting, client-facing account management, or similar role
  • Experience in working with government stakeholders is preferred
  • Problem solving skills to ensure that any pain points for our transit agency customers are addressed by always working to deliver the best possible product for the agency and riders
  • Ability to handle sensitive discussions and navigate multiple partner engagements simultaneously
  • Experience working with various internal and external teams
  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships with potential and existing partners and within all parts of an organization
  • Ability to have operational excellence by understanding and implementing changes to improve processes
  • Excellent proficiency with Excel, SQL is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
