- The Promotion Period is between Wednesday, 27 November 2019 until Monday, 2 December 2019.
- A limited number of Promotional Codes will be available during the sale.
- The Promotional Code shall entitle Uber users who use the Promotional Code to 2 trips valued at R50 each to and from Makro stores, in cities in South Africa, where the Uber app is available.
- The Promotional Code will be valid only for the duration of the Term and the trip must be taken during the Term.
- The Promotional Code may be used only once by each Uber user.
- The Promotional Code is available for new and existing Uber users and cannot be combined with any other codes or promotions. New Uber users will be required to create an Uber account in order to utilise the Promotional Codes.
- The Promotional Code must be entered before requesting the trip.
- The entire redeemable value of the Promotional Code must be used on the journey and any unused portion will be forfeited. If the journey cost exceeds the total value of the Promotional Code then the remaining balance will be the sole financial responsibility of the rider.
- The code cannot be transferred, duplicated or sold and has no cash value.
- Successful redemption of the code is subject to the availability of Uber partner-drivers at the time of requesting.
- Successful redemption of the code is subject to the maximum number of Promotional Codes made available for the Promotion.
- Access to and use of the Uber application will be subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to all riders who use the platform.
