Ride For A Cause to Crack the Crisis

August 9, 2016 / Saudi Arabia

At Uber we believe in thinking big to improve the everyday lives of others, which is why we are excited to partner up with the MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab (MITEF) in support of their Innovate for Refugees Competition, which seeks to support tech-driven entrepreneurs in the region who aim to alleviate the burden faced by refugees.

Entrepreneurs will have the chance to benefit in several ways by participating in the competition; in addition to helping shape a better future for the region’s refugees, they will also have access to financial sponsorship, regional and international exposure, and mentorship.

Have an idea that can make an impact? Submit your application before September 1st to be considered on Judges will assess submissions and ten finalists will be announced two weeks later. Winners will be announced on October 3rd at the Final Award Ceremony, held in Amman, and awarded cash prizes of over USD 100,000.
