HOW TO BENEFIT FROM THE PROMOTION?

2. Make your first transaction on the Shopee platform with the code UBER40, entitling you to a PLN 15 discount and a free delivery when ordering for min. 45 PLN.
3. Confirm receipt of the ordered products in the “My Purchases” tab in the Shopee mobile application, and within 3 working days you will receive via a push notification in the Shopee application, a special promotional code worth up to PLN 40, to be used for 2 trips with Uber. The maximum value of the promotion is PLN 20 for each of the two trips.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
- The promotion will run from January 06, 2023 to January 31, 2023, at 23:59, unless the pool of promotional codes runs out before this date (ordering a trip with a promotional code counts, not just adding the code in the “Promotions” section in the application).
- Only Uber users can benefit from this promotional offer. The conditions for becoming an Uber user, as well as the rules for the protection of personal data of Uber users can be found in: the terms and conditions of the service is available at https://www.uber.com/legal/terms/pl/ and the privacy policy is available at https://privacy.uber.com/ policy/.
- An Uber user can benefit from the promotion provided that he is located in Poland in cities where rides are available in the Uber application.
- Each user can benefit from the offer only once.
- Promotional codes entered into the application can be used until February 14, 2023, 23:59.

PROMOTION OFFER:
- In order for the User to receive a unique promotional code 2×20 PLN for rides with Uber, he must install the Shopee application, make his first transaction on the Shopee platform with the UBER40 code for min. PLN 45, and confirm receipt of the purchased products in the “My Purchases” tab in the Shopee application.
