These terms and conditions apply to your use of the promotional trip to or from the airport in selected cities in Poland, paid with the Visa card added to the User’s account.

1. Definitions

1.1 The following words and phrases have the meanings shown next to them:

1.1.1 “Uber” means Uber Poland Sp. z o.o. of Inflancka 4, 00-189 Warsaw, Poland or the Uber applications, websites, content, products, and services enabling access to request transportation or logistics services with independent third-party providers of such services. Uber is the Promoter of this promotion.

1.1.2 “User” means the holder of an eligible Uber account in the Uber app.

1.1.3 “Rides” mean journeys booked using the Uber app in Poland. The promotion does not apply to rides booked with a business profile.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1 The promotion is valid only for users whose primary country of usage of the Uber app, or – if the user has no previous trips – the country of registration in the app, or the country of phone number registrations is not Poland. 

2.2 The promotion is valid only for users who have opened the Uber app at the following airports in Poland: Warsaw Chopin Airport, Kraków Airport, Wrocław Airport, and Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport. 

2.3 Only users who have a Visa card added to their account can benefit from the promotion. 

2.4 To benefit from the promotion: 

The automatic application of promotion to your Uber account may take up to 15 minutes. 

3. General Terms

3.1. The offers apply to the use of the Uber app to book transport. They don’t apply to any other Uber product and can’t be used in conjunction with any other Uber offer or promotion. The value of the promotion is not transferable to any other person different from the recipient of the promotion. The promotion value is not transferable to money or any other form of monetary benefit. The aforementioned applies to the unused promotional amounts accordingly.

3.2 Offer gives you a discount on rides to and from the airport in the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, and Rzeszow. The amount of discount is 50% off one trip. The discount is valid for two trips.

The discounted ride must be within the administrative borders of the areas in Poland where Uber is available and is subject to the availability of Uber driver-partners.

3.3 The maximum value of the discount is 15 PLN per trip. 

3.4 Discount will apply only to trips to or from the airport, paid only with a Visa card, as an eligible payment method for this promotion. The other rides will be charged to your chosen payment method according to the trip cost. For the discount to be applied, the user needs to open the Uber app at the airport. 

3.5 A discounted ride can’t be sold, transferred, or otherwise redeemed for cash.

3.6 The offer is valid from July 1, 2023, 00:05 until August 31, 2023, 23:55. The promotion is valid for 14 days from the moment of the apply in the app; thus the latest discounted trip can happen by September 14, 2023, 23:55.

3.7 This promotion is governed by the laws of Poland.

4.2 If you think you’ve been charged incorrectly when you were eligible for a discounted ride, please get in touch with Uber. Uber’s own terms apply to your use of the Uber app.
