Introducing Uber Comfort – new ride option with a little extra for your comfort

Uber Comfort, a new ride option is now available in Warsaw, Cracow, Poznan, Tricity, Wroclaw, Bialystok, Bydgoszcz, Czestochowa, Kielce, Lodz, Lublin, Olsztyn, Radom, Rzeszow, Szczecin, Torun and Silesia. With the new product, riders can relax in newer, mid-sized vehicles. To make the trip even more pleasant, riders can also choose their ride preferences. A little extra comfort comes a long way.
What features does Uber Comfort offer?
With Comfort, riders get newer-model vehicles that offer proper legroom. Additionally, the option allows riders to choose their ride preferences before they start the trip:
- Temperature preferences – based on 3 different presets, riders may select preferred temperature inside the car
- Conversation preferences – riders may specify whether they are in a mood for a chat or whether they need a bit of a down time
- Extra paid wait time – drivers may wait for the rider for up to 2 minutes without additional charge; the time may be extended to 5 minutes (in Warsaw up to 10 minutes) paid extra

Uber Comfort was designed for all the riders who want additional comfort en route at an attractive price. Uber Comfort offers a chance to stay productive while on trip to work, wind down and relax while coming from work, or simply to enjoy a little bit of comfort in your everyday trips.
