On which occasions do you use Uber the most?

I usually use Uber during the weekends to meet my friends at parties or bars and then return home. Sometimes I use Uber to go visit my family home – it’s so simple: 20 minutes – and I am already there.

Can you share an  interesting story related to Uber in Poland?

Something that comes to mind right away is that I had rides with the same driver several times in a row, and now he is almost like an old friend of mine and it’s cool to catch up with him on the way to my destination.

Do you remember your first ride?

Actually, I do. I was returning from a concert and used Uber due to a friend’s recommendation. The driver appeared quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable the trip was. It was a great ending to a great night. 🙂

What is your favourite Uber feature?  

I value and frequently use two features. Firstly, the possibility to add multiple stops along the journey. It’s very useful when travelling in a group and helps to drop off several people at different places. The second one is the ability to split the fare among multiple people. This way there is no need to chase people or discuss who is paying for the next ride.

How does Uber integrate into your daily life?

It’s a saviour! 🙂 I’m not an early bird, so when the classes start early in the morning, I’d rather sleep longer and then get to work quickly with Uber. Often I take Uber when getting back home late in the night, as it makes me feel safer.

How was your first Uber ride?

I remember the first time I used Uber when I had to go to the hospital, which was at the other end of the city. I wanted to get there quickly without paying a fortune and decided to try the Uber app. I don’t remember the ride itself though, as I was focused on my possibly broken nose. Thankfully, it was a false alarm!

Do you have any interesting story to tell related to Uber?

I have so many stories, but one that stuck with me the most happened on my way back from the party. Me and the driver started talking and little by little it turned out  that we have a lot of mutual friends. We even were at the same outings, but we have never had an opportunity to get to know each other. We met completely randomly and are keeping in touch till this day.

What is your favourite Uber feature?

I really appreciate the variety of payment methods that Uber offers – cash or card, anything is possible. I hardly ever have cash on me, so I am a big fan of the seamless payment experience I get with Uber. My card is on file and that’s all that’s needed to pay for my rides.
