Elevate your ride—and your fares—with Uber Comfort
We are introducing Uber Comfort, a new ride option offered to riders looking for extra comfort and enhanced on-trip experience that will help you make extra money.

It has been created as a response to the needs of business riders and those who are ready to pay more to enjoy extra comfort and special features. We expect that there will be a lot of interest in the product.
About Uber Comfort

					
				
New requirements for drivers
Uber Comfort is available to all drivers who have added and approved following documents:
your personal documents (driving license, ID or passport), including a TAXI ID – in cities where it is mandatory;
taxi license excerpt added as well as a photo of the car taken with the license plate number, city sign and the Taxi lamp visible (either on Driver’s or Partner’s account).

					
				
Enhanced quality for riders
Comfort gives riders newer, mid-sized vehicles with ample legroom and highly rated, experienced drivers.

					
				
Set service preferences
Riders can choose from three temperature presets, and specify in advance whether they prefer to chat or not, directly from the app.

					
				
Extra paid wait time
We’re giving riders a little extra time to get to the car when unexpected delays pop up, with up to 10 minutes of additional wait time (first 2 minutes are free of charge, a per minute fare will be charged afterwards).
Vehicle eligibility criteria
You’ll find the list of eligible vehicles below. If you believe that a vehicle is missing from the list or you cannot find your particular make and model, please contact our support via the Uber Driver app.

Warsaw, Cracow, Tricity, Poznan, Wroclaw, Silesia – list of eligible vehicles

Bialystok, Bydgoszcz, Czestochowa, Kielce, Lodz, Lublin, Olsztyn, Radom, Rzeszow, Szczecin, Torun – list of eligible vehicles
Comfort availability
Riders can book Comfort in Warsaw, Cracow, Poznan, Tricity, Wroclaw, Bialystok, Bydgoszcz, Czestochowa, Kielce, Lodz, Lublin, Olsztyn, Radom, Rzeszow, Szczecin, Torun and Silesia.
