Uber safety features: How to report a problem or dangerous situation to Uber

Here’s how to raise a ticket:
- Open your app and click the Account section at the bottom of your screen
- Choose Help
- Next select Issues with a trip and find the relevant trip
- Last, tap the Report a safety issue button
You can also report issues via help.uber.com:
- First log in to your account
- Choose the Help with the trip option, then select the relevant trip.
- Click on Safety and report your safety concern
You can refer your application to us at any time, during or after the ride.
Serious issues will be given the highest priority and you’ll always be contacted by one of our specialized support agents.
