We're seeking talented Business Data Analysts to join the Analytics & Insights team, part of the broader Customer Experience Strategy team. Based in Amsterdam, you will collaborate with different teams to work on a wide range of customer support initiatives with impact across EMEA. We are currently looking for 4 positions to cover: Brand & Safety,  Growth & Innovation, Uber Eats and Green Light Hub.


In this role, you will be responsible for providing reports, developing analyses and distilling actionable insights on core business metrics to enable data driven decision making. You will add critical analytical horsepower to ensure we’re leveraging our insights to improve customer experiences in a scalable and sustainable way.




  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's preferred) in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other quantitative focus
  • Minimum 1 year of full time work experience in a quantitative/analytical role, preferably within tech, or management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve difficult problems with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Fluency in SQL and comfortable using data science tools like Python (or willingness to learn it)
  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment, which often requires the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Willingness to quickly learn, adapt and apply new technical skills



  • Drive analysis on projects across EMEA to improve the experience of our customers and support agents
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep local teams as efficient as possible
  • Build and own periodic reporting - Take advantage of the ever-growing amount of data we have at our fingertips to help stakeholders across EMEA manage and improve our operations
  • Apply business analytics techniques on large data sets to develop strategic insights, and present them in a compelling way to enable smart and sustainable business decisions
