About the Role
We are looking for an APAC Regional Operations Manager to join our Courier, Eater, Restaurant, or Program Management verticals within the Eats Regional Operations team.
As part of this team, you will lead, design, execute and scale the most impactful processes, projects, and experiments, driven by a deep and analytical understanding of our business. You will also support our country market needs, enhance the experience of our customers, and drive innovation across the APAC business. We're looking for someone who can set a vision and can resolve problems from 30,000 feet as well as dive into the details.
What You’ll Do
Operational Excellence: Identify operational and structural weaknesses. Help to lead new processes or optimize existing ones to keep our operations as efficient as possible. Uplevel all markets to solutions that best support our partners, and establish gold standards for the region.
Strategy: Decide which projects the team should focus on and set daring timelines to reach your goals.
Project & stakeholder management: Drive end-to-end processes, from inception to implementation. Act as the primary interface between global and local teams to define and prioritize projects, train country leads, and ensure adoption of new processes.
Product: Act as a product champion - the single regional POC for relevant HQ product teams- and help to roll out new feature releases internally and externally.
Analytics: Deep-dive on efficiency metrics and profitability, building tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Accountability: Take ownership of UberEverything's growth in the region and do what’s needed to get the job done.
Big ideas: Think outside of the box and swim upstream
