From your front door to the front gate, plan ahead with our Schedule a Ride feature.

Schedule a Ride lets you plan your ride to the airport ahead of time, up to 30 days in advance.

From now until 7 July, we’re offering a guarantee: if you Schedule a Ride to the airport and get picked up more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time, we’ll offer you a credit promo—so your next ride is on us, up to the value of $50. *Terms and conditions apply.

1. Simply open the Uber app and tap the ‘car-and-clock’ icon.
2. Set your pickup details and get a fare estimate.
3. Confirm your upcoming trip and tap ‘Schedule.’ You’ll see a pickup timeframe for your driver-partner to arrive.

The Schedule a Ride guarantee applies to rides that have been scheduled at least 3 hours in advance, and is available for trips to the following airports:
