About the Role
Our Enterprise Account Executive owns the growth and success of our enterprise accounts in Freight’s latest market, the European Union. They will acquire new customers; manage, grow, and drive continuous growth and improvement for those both new and existing strategic enterprise customers. These individuals are obsessed with delivering world class service to UF customers and contributing directly to the top line growth of Uber Freight. The ideal candidate is both highly operational and highly entrepreneurial, obsessed with driving customer success, motivated by building and shaping the future, and a proven leader at driving customer growth. This individual hustles, inspires, loves making something from nothing, and will inform our product development in a new space.
You will be joining a new team in Uber, helping launch Uber Freight in a new market. Join on the ground floor and help us build the future of freight internationally!
What You’ll Do
Prospect, create and develop new leads, generate new customer opportunities
Drive top-line growth for portfolio customers
Work directly with account management team and directly with customers to continually seek new solutions for their logistics challenges
Drive forward the future vision of Uber Freight with our product team and help sell that vision to our customers
Regularly attend face to face meetings with clients
Attend industry relevant trade shows and conferences to develop client relationships
Engage with senior level stakeholders for >$1B revenue customers
Solution and Product selling to Global 2000 accounts
Own all core growth metrics for your portfolio of enterprise accounts
Facilitate RFP activities and Quarterly Business Review with your portfolio of accounts
What You’ll Need
Demonstrated ability to deliver results to complex enterprise customers
Demonstrated ability to lead client success
Demonstrated ability to challenge the way customers think about their business
Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of internal and external partners
Analytical and critical thinking ability
Strong communication and organization skills
Solid operational foundation
A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated industry experience growing top line revenue
Undergraduate degree, Masters a plus
The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
