HOW TO REQUEST
- Fire up your Uber app between 6:00pm – 10:00pm on Saturday, 13th of February 2016.
- Slide across to the #UberSURPRISE option
- Set your location
- Hit request
- We’ll give you a call to confirm your location. Your super snazzy ride, with oodles of surprises, will be on its way
THE FINER DETAILS
- You can request only on Saturday, 13th of February 2016, from 6:00pm – 10:00pm
- Fares for #UberSURPRISE will be calculated as follows: Base Fare: Rs.200 + Distance: Rs.100 per km + Time charge: Rs.4 per minute. Minimum fare: Rs.300 | Cancellation fee: Rs.300
- All riders booking #UberSURPRISE and their loved ones must strictly be over 21 years of age
- Each #UberSURPRISE ride can only accommodate two persons
- Demand will be high, so if your request doesn’t go through, keep trying
- There will be a limited number of rides
- #UberSURPRISE cannot be booked for airport pick-ups and drop-offs
- Pick-up and drop-off locations will be limited to Colombo 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 only
- #UberSURPRISE will only be a point-to-point service. Due to high demand, we will not be able to accommodate any waiting time.
