When you travel with us, we want your every journey to end in a smile. If that wasn’t the case, let us know. Sign in to your account, choose the trip you faced an issue with from the drop down, and tell us what went wrong. We’ll do all that we can to turn things around for you.

GET HELP IN THE APP

Navigate to ‘Your Trips’ and choose  a trip you faced an issue with.

1. Click on the main menu from the top left corner of your app. Go to ‘Your Trips’ and tap on ‘Past’. Select the trip you faced an issue with. 
2. Select ‘Help’.
3. Choose an issue from the list
3. Submit your feedback.

We’ll look into the matter immediately and get back to you with a resolution.
